Today’s conversation starts with a question about what we well, so I take the opportunity to discuss my sales philosophy. People don’t want to be sold things, so don’t sell to them. Get to know your customers so well that your business speaks to their heart, and says things about them that align with their wants, dreams and values. If you can achieve this, you won’t have to sell.
