Revolutions that challenge conventional thinking have generally have one thing in common… they build from a grassroots groundswell.

Having the intent to create change is not enough, you need to be able to inspire and rally the people around you to come on the journey with you and champion the change you want to see in the world.

That’s why over the last few months, I’ve hit the road with my team at The Entourage, visiting cities across Australia to ignite our community of entrepreneurs.

Some of you may have seen me on stage, however in Episode 2 of Unscripted we give you a behind-the-scenes look as we travel to Hobart for the first time, host our Business Growth Summit, explore the MONA (Museum of Old and New Art) as I discuss how the art world mirrors entrepreneurship.

Give it a watch and let me know what you think.

PS. First person to guess what Shaun’s soup of the day with gets a prize. Go…
